Located in the shopping street of Yutenji, it has an eye-catching exterior with a white tent. Upon entering, you are greeted by a white oven and a curved counter, creating a cozy atmosphere. The dough is highly hydrated and fermented for a long time, resulting in a fluffy and chewy texture, with the sweetness and aroma of wheat spreading as you bite into it. The butter chicken curry is mild and creamy, combining well with mozzarella and mascarpone for a very smooth taste. The aroma of the wood-fired oven wafts through, providing a satisfying experience similar to naan while still feeling like pizza. The margherita with prosciutto has a pleasant umami accent, and the portion size is easy to eat, making it incredibly delicious.
