유텐지의 상점가에 위치해 있으며, 하얀 텐트가 눈에 띄는 외관입니다. 안으로 들어가면 하얀 오븐과 곡선형 카운터가 이어져 있어 아늑한 분위기를 자아냅니다. 반죽은 장시간 발효된 고수분으로, 부드럽고 쫄깃하며, 씹을수록 밀가루의 단맛과 고소함이 퍼집니다. 버터 치킨 커리는 매운맛이 적당하고 부드러우며, 모짜렐라와 마스카포네와 어우러져 매우 부드럽습니다. 장작 오븐의 향이 은은하게 퍼져 나가며, 난과 같은 만족감을 주면서도 피자다운 맛도 느껴집니다. 생햄이 들어간 마르게리타는 감칠맛의 포인트가 기분 좋고, 사이즈도 먹기 편해서 정말 맛있었습니다.
