In quel mese ho potuto gustare il sapore degli ingredienti locali con vari metodi di cottura. Anche il vino abbinato era delizioso. C'erano anche spiegazioni sui metodi di cottura e sugli ingredienti, ed è stato molto bello. Sono stato felice di poter bere anche vini che di solito non bevo.

For those who love Japanese sake (nihonshu and shochu), this was a hospitality experience I highly recommend. It is a course of seasonal dishes for 10,000 yen (with all-you-can-drink alcohol), but the experience feels more focused on enjoying carefully selected Japanese sake and shochu, with dishes that pair well with the drinks served in just the right portions. The term 'all-you-can-drink' can sound cheap, but while enjoying a high-quality lineup of drinks, dishes keep coming out one after another. The staff also provides explanations about the drinks, allowing you to enjoy conversation while spending your dining time. The ramen at the end was just the right size and flavor. I will definitely come again!! Thank you for the meal.
