A hidden gem yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy delicious grilled meat

Ninniku Togarashi is a casual yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy grilled meat in a relaxed setting. The special sauce and salted onion accentuate the deliciousness of the meat. The style of wrapping the meat in shiso leaves is refreshing and showcases the restaurant's creativity. Despite its slightly narrow interior, the cozy atmosphere provides a relaxing space for diners.

The cozy interior, equipped with a counter and tables, has a pleasant buzz that makes it feel calm. The style of mixing salted onions into the sauce is refreshing, and it really enhances the sweetness of the meat. There is a wide variety of options, including beef skirt, chicken neck, and offal, and each time something is grilled, a delicious aroma fills the air, bringing happiness. In particular, the offal has a firm, bouncy texture, and the more you chew, the more umami it releases, which was impressive. The staff are friendly and engage in conversation, making for an even more enjoyable time. On the way out, be careful of the steep stairs, but I left feeling satisfied both in my stomach and heart.
