The cozy interior, equipped with a counter and tables, has a pleasant buzz that makes it feel calm. The style of mixing salted onions into the sauce is refreshing, and it really enhances the sweetness of the meat. There is a wide variety of options, including beef skirt, chicken neck, and offal, and each time something is grilled, a delicious aroma fills the air, bringing happiness. In particular, the offal has a firm, bouncy texture, and the more you chew, the more umami it releases, which was impressive. The staff are friendly and engage in conversation, making for an even more enjoyable time. On the way out, be careful of the steep stairs, but I left feeling satisfied both in my stomach and heart.
