The dishes are gentle on the body, and you can really feel the deliciousness of fermentation. The enzyme brown rice, in particular, is surprisingly chewy, has a wonderful aroma, and brings happiness. Handmade miso and dressings are used, making the vegetables even more delicious. The fried okara konjac has an authentic texture and pairs perfectly with the soy milk-based dip. You can also choose from enzyme drinks, and I've heard that pineapple is popular. The interior is quiet, with spacious seating arrangements, allowing for a relaxed experience.
