La cucina indiana e nepalese è deliziosa e trasmette un calore familiare. I momo in brodo sono serviti in una zuppa di curry con sedano, e l'acidità equilibrata e il piccante deciso sono ottimi. Sono molto caldi appena fatti, e poterli gustare lentamente è un piacere. L'aloo achaar ha un profumo di cumino ed è perfetto sia come stuzzichino che come sostituto del riso. Il naan è croccante e ben cotto, e avere un po' di riso al curcuma è un ulteriore piacere. Oltre a insalate e mango lassi, si possono combinare anche baingan bharta, chana masala, pollo tandoori e seekh kebab per un'esperienza gustativa completa.
