The moment the hot iron plate was brought out, the fragrant aroma of garlic spread, and I felt excited. The carefully grilled meat was tender, with a rich flavor typical of Kagoshima that made it hard to put down my chopsticks. Eating it with a mountain of cabbage added a refreshing touch, allowing me to enjoy it deliciously until the end. The Sakurajima chicken, with its crispy skin, was fluffy on the inside, showcasing the careful temperature management. The salad was abundant with ingredients, and adding chanja made for a fun spicy flavor change. The hearty chicken nanban, with its sweet vinegar and tartar sauce, was a perfect match, making for a highly satisfying meal until the very end.
