The calm space with only a counter, featuring the warmth of wood and beautiful golden designs, is truly wonderful. The flow from appetizers to sushi is seamless, creating excitement from start to finish. The grilled firefly squid and miso-marinated mullet roe are rich in umami, making them perfect for pairing with drinks. The grilled skin of white sweetfish and the kelp-marinated whiting are both meticulously prepared, offering delightful aromas and textures. The sushi, including lean tuna, medium fatty tuna, and fatty tuna, as well as sweet shrimp, eel, and red sea urchin, are all well-balanced and bring happiness. The soup with a rich dashi is also impressive, and this restaurant truly showcases Edo-style preparation and seasonal ingredients.
