Dipping the rice into the remaining salt ramen soup and adding the freshly made flying fish broth creates a superb chazuke that is truly a delight of grilled flying fish. Topped with the refreshing aroma of shiso seeds and the umami of mentaiko, finishing with the Oidashi Chazuke will surely leave you completely satisfied.
