The 9-course lineup includes our popular menu since the establishment of the restaurant, including Shogyo's signature sashimi, our signature aged Kue and tuna dishes, creative dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients, and a closing dish. This course is filled with the charm of our restaurant.
High-quality sea bream selected from carefully selected regions and individuals. The broth is carefully selected to create a luxurious shabu-shabu nabe. The most popular menu since the establishment of the company, "Cheese pancake filled with prawns and crabs" is also included. Furthermore, the lineup includes three kinds of sashimi of fresh fish, which are changed daily. This is a highly satisfying course that allows you to fully enjoy the sea bream. Premium all-you-can-drink is available for an additional 1,650 yen. All drinks by the glass from the grand menu are eligible (some items may be out of stock).
This course is available only on weekdays. Sashimi is served one person at a time. No need to share the sashimi, so you can enjoy it at your leisure.

Sake from Ikikushima Island in Nagasaki Prefecture. It has a good balance of acidity and sweetness, making it recommended as a food pairing sake.
