This is a luxurious soup made using the whole chicken of the only brand free-range chicken 'Hakata jidori' from Fukuoka and duck bones, cooked slowly for a long time with π water, which is used by famous ramen shops across the country, to extract all the umami. It is a supreme bowl with the rich aroma of chicken and duck and a refined sweetness.
The special includes an increase in two types of chashu and comes with a seasoned soft-boiled egg.
A rich chicken white soup made using carefully selected chicken bones and a large amount of chicken wings, simmered for a long time. It is a popular ramen among women, combined with a special salt sauce made by blending five types of salt and rich in collagen.
This ramen is made using a generous amount of dried nodoguro, a rare high-end fish that is said to be hard to come by in Kyushu. We have luxuriously extracted the broth, resulting in a rich flavor.
