호텔 카운터에서 눈앞의 철판 요리를 보며 설레임을 느낍니다. 토마토 플람베는 불의 연출이 훌륭하여 저도 모르게 빠져들었습니다. 로스트와 필레의 구워진 정도가 절묘하여 다양한 소스와 양념으로 맛의 변화를 즐길 수 있습니다(하치조 된장과 검은 마늘, 참깨와 검은 후추, 검은 폰즈 등). 해산물 요리와 부야베스 리조또도 감칠맛이 확실하고, 향기까지 행복합니다. 갈릭 라이스는 풍미가 좋고, 누룽지가 좋은 포인트입니다. 디저트는 장소를 옮겨 여유롭게 즐길 수 있으며, 셰프의 설명도 이해하기 쉬워서 편안한 시간이었습니다.
