At the hotel counter, I was excited to watch the teppanyaki cooking right in front of me. The flambéed tomatoes had a stunning display of flames, and I couldn't help but be captivated. The doneness of the roast and fillet was exquisite, allowing me to enjoy a variety of sauces and condiments for a change in flavor (such as Hatcho miso and black garlic, sesame and black pepper, and black ponzu). The seafood dishes and bouillabaisse risotto were rich in umami, and the aroma was delightful. The garlic rice had a great flavor, and the crispy bits provided a nice accent. For dessert, we moved to a different area where we could enjoy it leisurely, and the chef's explanations were easy to understand, making for a pleasant time.
