전국 각지에서 엄선한 식재료를 사용한 요리는 모두 수준급이며, 오야마 닭의 곱창 조림이나 은대구의 사이쿄구이 등 일본 술과 어울리는 음식이 가득하다. 이곳의 오뎅은 가쓰오부시가 아닌 닭고기 육수를 사용해 색다른 맛을 느낄 수 있다. 담백하고 부드러운 맛의 오뎅입니다. 유자 후추가 좋은 악센트를 준다. 저는 매운맛을 좋아해서 꿈에서 시작합니다. 깔끔한 한 잔입니다.
