▶Reservations are required. Please make your reservation for both lunch and dinner at least one day before your visit. (Excluding some plans) ▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for a specific seat. ▶Children over 13 years old are welcome for both lunch and dinner. ▶During busy periods, restaurant reservations may be limited to hotel guests only. ▶A fee applies for bringing wine, alcoholic beverages, etc. into the restaurant. ▶Smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant, but there is a smoking area outdoors. ▶Please contact the restaurant directly if you are making a reservation for 7 or more people. ▶The hotel garden is a zone reserved for hotel guests only, so please refrain from viewing it. Please note that there are no waiting facilities such as a lobby or shop, so please arrive at the time of your reservation. ▶Dress code: Smart casual Please refrain from wearing casual attire such as shorts and sandals. *During the summer period (May 1st to September 30th), casual attire is permitted. However, please refrain from wearing revealing clothing or tank tops. ▶When making a reservation, we ask you to enter your credit card information. The credit card information you entered when making a reservation will be temporarily held to guarantee your reservation. Please pay for food and drink on the day at the store. Even if you make a reservation on someone else's behalf, we ask that you guarantee the reservation with your credit card information. Please be sure to inform us at the time of reservation that you will be receiving payment from the customer who will be visiting on the day. ▶Cancellation policy The following cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations and changes in the number of people: 24 hours or less prior to your arrival time: 100% of the usage fee 48 hours or less prior to your arrival time: 80% of the usage fee 3 days or less (72 hours) prior to your arrival time: 50% of the usage fee ▶If we are unable to contact you within 60 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
