Please be sure to inform us at the time of reservation that you will be receiving payment from the customer who will be visiting on the day. ▶Cancellation policy The following cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations and changes in the number of people: 24 hours or less prior to your arrival time: 100% of the usage fee 48 hours or less prior to your arrival time: 80% of the usage fee 3 days or less (72 hours) prior to your arrival time: 50% of the usage fee ▶If we are unable to contact you within 60 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
