▶Our hotel garden is reserved for hotel guests only and is not open to the public. Please note that there is no waiting area such as a lobby or shop, so please arrive on time for your reservation.
▶The dress code is smart casual. Please refrain from wearing revealing clothing such as sandals, shorts, or tank tops.
▶We ask for your credit card information to guarantee your reservation (including for reservations made on your behalf). Payment is required in person on the day of your appointment. If you are making a reservation for someone else, please let us know at the time of booking that the other person will be paying on the day.
▶Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations and changes to the number of guests:
24 hours or less prior to your appointment: 100% of the fee
48 hours or less prior to your appointment: 80% of the fee
72 hours or less (3 days) prior to your appointment: 50% of the fee
▶If we are unable to contact you more than 60 minutes after your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
