▶We ask for your credit card information to guarantee your reservation (including for reservations made on your behalf). Payment is required in person on the day of your appointment. The following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations and changes to the number of guests:
24 hours or less prior to your appointment: 100% of the fee
48 hours or less prior to your appointment: 80% of the fee
72 hours or less (3 days) prior to your appointment: 50% of the fee
▶If we are unable to contact you more than 60 minutes after your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
