With the cooperation of the renowned brewery 'Kuroki Honten', famous for 'Hyakunen no Kodoku', which represents Miyazaki Prefecture, we offer the authentic and bold way to enjoy shochu at a reasonable price. We serve all shochu in 100ml portions. To savor the original flavor of shochu, we also provide water and hot water mixes in a 6:4 ratio. *Only the Bakudan Hanatare will be served in a shot glass.
A representative work of Kuroki Honten, customers are always surprised by the 'incredible amount' it contains. I believe this is the true way to enjoy shochu.
This is the ultimate shochu highball.
Very easy to drink and a classic.
Obuse Mountain brand, seems to have a slightly unique flavor compared to Nakana.
This is a high-quality sweet potato shochu from Kuroki Honten, one rank above 'Tachibana'. It is a classic among sweet potatoes.
It seems to have a slightly unique flavor from the Obuzuyama brand.
It has a very cute name, but it hits hard.
This is an orthodox rice shochu from the Kuroki main store, branded by Oizumi Mountain. It is said to be easy to drink.
A dish that is irresistible for shochu lovers. It is the ultimate luxury. Named for its dripping like nasal mucus. It is a piece of the brewer's soul. While it is sold only during the winter season (about 2 months) at the brewery, we strive to offer it year-round at our establishment. Perhaps it was the catalyst for the general sale of the 'first harvest'.
We only offer sake from Tsurumei's 'Heiwa Shuzou'. Recommended for those who are not good with alcohol, women, and those who like fruit sake! A fruit sake that does not have an alcohol smell.
Definitely recommended on the rocks! Despite being a staple product from the brewery available all year round, it is a very popular item that occasionally stops being distributed several times a year.
We only offer the sake from Heiwa Shuzou of Tsurume. It is a brewery that embodies a commitment to quality.
It has a slightly tangy mouthfeel.

This is Miyazaki's specialty 'Bone-in Thigh Grilled Whole'. Please enjoy it by biting into it boldly. The chickens that can be grilled whole are limited, and only thighs with a good amount of fat can be grilled. The bright yellow fat is a characteristic, and the meat is very chewy, with a sweetness that is not found in other chickens. It may be more accurate to say that it is 'seared' to enhance the aroma with its own fat and to make the skin easier to bite through, rather than being grilled rare with a blackened surface. You might be concerned about the redness, but this is the most famous local chicken dish in Miyazaki. It may be difficult to eat, but in the authentic Miyazaki, even women enjoy it by biting into it boldly. The meat around the bone is exceptionally delicious. The cartilage at the joint is also exceptional. If you find it a bit greasy, eating the accompanying cucumber will neutralize the greasiness and refresh your mouth. Scissors are also provided.
A staple of izakaya menus in Miyazaki Prefecture. Finely chopped thigh meat is grilled. It is served with yuzu pepper for a spicy kick. (Only salt)
Served roasted as it is unprocessed. Since it is unprocessed, the flavor is concentrated inside and it is quite juicy. (100g)
I think even those who cannot eat grilled liver can enjoy this. Once you try it, you'll be hooked. I believe it is very close to raw liver. (100g)
Because it is unprocessed, the fat is retained to the maximum. It has a firm texture that is possible because it is fresh. (100g)
Meat from around the neck area, very tender with a great texture, and sweet. (100g)
It is a mild meat, but it is not comparable to broiler chicken; it has no dryness and is very juicy with a sweetness. (100g)
This is the ultimate chicken wing. The inside is raw. Raw chicken wings are a product that can only be offered by restaurants that are absolutely confident in their freshness. (3 pieces)
In contrast to the local chicken used in our restaurant, this chicken features a non-flammable 'white fat' that absolutely does not turn 'black' or become sooty. It is a 'phantom chicken' designated as a natural monument by the Ministry of Education in 1943 for the preservation of the chicken breed. It is the pinnacle of the brand chicken that Miyazaki Prefecture takes pride in. Due to limited production and distribution, it is rare to encounter the 'real thing' in the world. We source it directly, but due to limited production, it is often out of stock or available in limited cuts. If you have the chance to taste the 'real thing,' you will surely be convinced. You can choose between thigh and wing.
Please enjoy 50g of meat with a large size egg yolk and our homemade special sauce. You can choose between thigh and wing.
This item was created based on customer requests. It is our No. 1 menu item among single dishes. It has received high praise from famous people! 'Raw tsukune?' We are confident! The ingredients are different!
(Thigh, Neck, Skin, Gizzard, Skirt Steak, Cartilage) You can choose 3 from here.
Simply seasoned with salt!
A different flavor from grilled! 3 pieces
A great deal with three types! Lotus root, bell pepper, shiitake mushroom

Very popular among women and children!
Developed by Mai-chan!
It has a basil flavor!
An arrangement of a snack from a Miyazaki home?
Because it is fresh, we can confidently offer it regardless of the season. Available for two servings or more. Additional items such as 'thigh', 'other cuts', 'rice porridge set', 'meatballs', 'udon', etc. can also be added separately.
As the name suggests, it is a makanaidon. A lump of iron! Liver, heart, and large-sized egg yolk provide power! It seems to have effects that enhance health and resistance!
This product was lovingly shaped by the owner's grandmother every day to serve customers when the restaurant first opened, using 'Miyazaki's local chicken.' After the grandmother's health declined, the staff began to shape the rice balls, and although we considered changing the name, we decided to keep it as a reminder of our original foundation.
To be precise, it is not tea, but chicken broth is poured over it.
For the final touch!
Small 150 yen, Medium 200 yen, Large 250 yen
This was made at the request of our customers for children, but we have received requests from adults as well... However, the appearance of the product may not seem suitable for adults... It is quite a generous serving. It has more volume than it looks! We serve three tsukune hamburgers, salad, and rice on one plate.
For details, please ask the staff!
This is the authentic original Chicken Nanban! You will regret not trying it at least once! It is not widely known that Chicken Nanban is a Western dish eaten with a fork and knife. Because it is a Western dish, it is called 'Chicken Nanban' instead of 'Torinamban'. Our 'Chicken Nanban Set Meal' has received high praise in catering services for celebrities' performances and musicals, and it is a proud dish that has been featured in many celebrity blogs! The image and standard of Chicken Nanban will change! This lunch-only menu is available only on Sundays and holidays at the request of our customers. The reason it is not served during regular hours is that the 'thigh meat' used in the Chicken Nanban is not 'local chicken thigh meat' but 'Miyazaki-produced broiler thigh meat'. Free large rice! You can add a soft drink set for an additional 100 yen. A generous portion of 150g.
