Our pride and joy, the Miso Tantanmen, features a luxurious topping of homemade spicy meat miso blended with eight types of fragrant spices including chili peppers, all made from the Haccho Miso produced in Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture. Pineapple is used as a secret ingredient to add depth to the flavor. The rich miso and the depth of the spicy Tantan flavor are a perfect match! When you think of Soramame, you think of Miso Tantanmen. You cannot talk about our restaurant without trying this dish.

The tender Daikon (Taro) pork, simmered for about 8 hours using carefully selected high-quality pork belly and aromatic spices such as star anise, spreads a rich aroma in your mouth when chewed together with the rich special sauce. The irresistibly delicious and tender simmered Daikon is a must-try! Once you taste it, you might get addicted! Please enjoy our proud and exquisite bowl! The soy sauce-based Daikon ramen is also recommended♪

Once you taste the miraculous combination of the sourness of vinegar, the spiciness of chili oil, and the velvety soy sauce-flavored soup with beaten eggs, you will surely be captivated. Our signature dish, Hot and Sour Noodles (Sanratanmen), goes beyond mere 'sour and spicy' and offers a unique and unparalleled experience that cannot be found elsewhere.
