This course is recommended for women as well, using plenty of flavorful vegetables! The main dish, chicken nabe, is served in a soup with kombu dashi (kelp broth), which is refreshing yet full of flavor. It is a healthy nabe that is gentle to the body. We hope you will enjoy it! All-you-can-drink is available for an additional 1,000 yen (tax not included)!
This is a very reasonable course that includes 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink (L.O. 90 minutes) for only 2,700 yen! We are proud of our chicken dishes such as sashimi, fried chicken, and grilled chicken. Please use it for various banquet scenes!
This hot pot has a special broth made with Hidaka kelp and plenty of bonito flakes. We use Japanese Kawachi duck, which has a deep flavor with no tastiness. The broth is soaked with the flavor of the duck and served with zosui (rice porridge) or udon noodles to finish the dish. You will enjoy this dish to the last. All-you-can-drink is available for an additional 1,000 yen (tax not included)!
Kishu Ume Chicken is raised healthily by eating feed mixed with plum vinegar 'Kishu Ume Sodatashi' extracted from the local specialty 'Kishu Nanko Ume' of Wakayama Prefecture. Compared to other chickens, it has less of the unique odor typical of chickens, and due to its intake of plum vinegar, it has a good internal condition and is a health-conscious chicken.
Using Kishu plum chicken, this hot pot is rich in collagen. It has a mild flavor, yet it possesses a certain depth within its light taste.
If you love tuna, this is a coveted rare part! Enjoy it with a refreshing ponzu sauce!
Surprisingly, only two can be obtained from one tuna, a rare part (laughs) full of collagen.

It is said to be a rare part of chicken. It is a part that is not often seen in typical izakayas and is quite unusual. Soreless, when translated from French to Japanese, means 'It is foolish to leave something behind.' It is a very delicious part that would be a waste not to eat.
