A salad made with lettuce and a vegetable called Handama from Okinawa. Topped with fried baby sardines and ume shiso dressing. Handama has long been referred to as 'blood leaf' and 'leaf of longevity,' and has been used in folk medicine.
Warm shabu salad with pineapple pork. The completely white bean sprouts, with roots and shoots removed, are quickly blanched for a crunchy texture. Served with a special yuzu ponzu sauce. Chopped green onions and sesame seeds add a nice touch!!
