A course of 8 dishes including grilled fish and meat (either deer or duck)
A 9-dish course including grilled fish, vegetables, and meat (Sendai beef rare cuts)
A 9-dish course including carefully selected ingredients such as foie gras, Ise lobster, and rare cuts of Sendai beef, all grilled over wood fire.
A course of 6 dishes including grilled fish and meat (Ouwasanroku pork). The short course is available from 8pm to 11pm (last order at 10pm).
We serve homemade walnut bread warmed over a wood fire.
We offer Sendai's famous beef tongue grilled over charcoal, tender enough to be cut with chopsticks, and uniquely infused with the aroma of wood. Please note that sauces may vary by season (the photo shows Ravigote sauce).
