The “Lunch Set” is a special experience unique to Shiki Ichiko, crafted by owner Sakano using seasonal ingredients sourced from across Kyushu—primarily Kumamoto—and blending traditional Japanese culinary techniques with his own artistic sensibility. We cherish the unique encounter with ingredients available only on that day and at that moment, and present each dish with its own story and element of surprise. *Meals begin simultaneously at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Please be sure to arrive on time for your reservation. * Reservations for children are only accepted if they will be ordering the same course as an adult.
