A plate of homemade sweets and seasonal fruits made with our freshly made cheese and fresh milk. We can also accept messages such as HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CONGRATULATION, etc. Only available for reservations made at least 2 days in advance. (Not 3080 yen per person). Served as an after-dinner dessert for 2 to 3 persons.
For welcome and farewell parties, year-end parties, New Year's parties, etc. The minimum guaranteed fee is 227,500~ (tax included). Guaranteed rate for Friday (night), Saturday and Sunday is 357,500~ (tax included). Up to 68 people can be seated. For larger groups, a semi-stand-up style meal is available. The representative of fresh cheese, mozzarella, is known for its 'beautiful texture that becomes more chewy the more you bite into it.' Just made a few hours ago! Fresh milk from dairy cows is fermented and solidified into curds, then hot water is added and kneaded to tear and shape it. By skillfully executing this process, it becomes a glossy, pure white gem with a chewy, stretchy, and firm texture. Following the tradition of the Puglia region, it is shaped into bite-sized knots. When you take a bite, you experience a fibrous, beautifully pleasant texture with an overwhelming milkiness that has no off-flavors! This is the ultimate proof of freshness.
A rich flavor that is said to feel even more milky than milk itself! With a refreshing yet rich taste and a smooth, creamy texture like that of soft tofu. This is super fresh ricotta that can only be enjoyed when made fresh. After simmering the leftover moisture from cheese making, known as whey, we add more milk and solidify the scooped components to finish. It is dense and rich, yet melts in your mouth without clinging, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. We invite you to experience this new sensation.
