This is the signature product of 'Nihon Ryori Jisaku'. It starts with carefully roasting fresh polished sesame seeds, which are then ground into a complete paste using a mortar and pestle, and kneaded only with the highest quality Yoshino kudzu and well water sourced from the premises. The amount of water added varies with the seasons; in summer, it is made to be slightly lighter with a focus on elasticity, while in winter, it is finished to be moist and a bit richer. This proud dish leaves a subtle sesame aroma in the aftertaste. Please enjoy.
