There is a counter and a private room in the back, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The service is smooth from start to finish, and the ambiance in the restaurant is pleasant. The creamy sesame tofu is richly aromatic and brings happiness when it enters the mouth. The seasonal dishes start with a refreshing item, and you can also enjoy sea urchin and large abalone. The smoked 'tokishirazu' has a distinct aroma and a strong umami flavor. The final somen noodles have a pleasant texture and a refreshing mouthfeel.

Sesame Tofu

This is the signature product of 'Nihon Ryori Jisaku'. It starts with carefully roasting fresh polished sesame seeds, which are then ground into a complete paste using a mortar and pestle, and kneaded only with the highest quality Yoshino kudzu and well water sourced from the premises. The amount of water added varies with the seasons; in summer, it is made to be slightly lighter with a focus on elasticity, while in winter, it is finished to be moist and a bit richer. This proud dish leaves a subtle sesame aroma in the aftertaste. Please enjoy.
