It is characterized by a refreshing taste that pairs well with Thai cuisine.

By carefully selecting ingredients and changing the manufacturing process, we achieved a complete zero in additives. The calories have been reduced from 15 kcal to 11 kcal, and the carbohydrates from 3.8 g to 2.7 g (per 100 ml), making it healthier. The can design has also been renewed, featuring a portrait of Sakamoto Ryoma, making it even more appealing to Ryoma fans.
Charawan, a fierce crocodile king from Thai folklore, possesses the ability to transform. In love with a beautiful human woman, he transforms into an attractive man and abducts her. This new sensation pale ale is just like Charawan, with a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness. Boldly blended with pilsner malt and roasted Munich malt, along with Cascade and Columbus hops. Tropical notes of lychee, citrus, and floral aromas evoke the essence of Thailand, leaving a deep caramel-like aftertaste. A perfect drink for hot Thailand.
Wheat beer is a familiar and reliable presence, much like an old lover, but sometimes you crave just a little bit of excitement. Therefore, we decided to add an accent of ginger flower from Phuket to the traditional wheat beer recipe, delivering a fresh and vibrant aroma. We blended barley malt, 100% German wheat malt, and natural hops to achieve a natural flavor and taste. The delicate and fruity notes are impressive. This beer is worthy of the name 'Bussaba,' which refers to the most beautiful fragrant woman in Thai literature.
The name 'Chatree' represents bravery and popularity in Thai. This beer lives up to its name with a bold flavor of abundant hops that harmonizes beautifully with sweet malt notes. It uses fragrant rice called 'Kao Hom Mali' and is filtered with bamboo charcoal to achieve a refreshing aroma and richness by removing impurities. The alcohol content is relatively high at 35 to 40 degrees, but it is smoother and easier to drink compared to Lao Kao, which is considered the root of the same shochu.

Chivas Regal Mizunara 12 Years is a whiskey aged in Mizunara (Japanese oak) casks, as the name suggests. The label prominently features 'MIZUNARA,' which may evoke a sense of curiosity due to its Japanese sound. Bowmore is a whiskey produced at the Bowmore Distillery located in the center of Islay, Scotland. The Bowmore Distillery is the oldest distillery on Islay and boasts one of the longest histories in all of Scotland. Since its founding, it has continued its own floor malting and uses peat sourced from its own peat bog. This bog is situated at a higher elevation compared to distilleries on the southern coast of Islay, which results in Bowmore having a less intense iodine aroma and a somewhat dry, refined smokiness. Another notable feature is the first warehouse built in the Danneger style, which has been in use since the distillery's inception and is located in a sea-level area that sinks 1 meter below the water surface at high tide, creating a very unique environment that imparts a one-of-a-kind character to the spirits maturing there. The legendary bottle known as Black Bowmore was also aged here. Due to its refined smokiness and the maritime influence from its aging environment, Bowmore is often referred to as the 'Sea Single Malt' and the 'Queen of Islay'!
Glenfiddich 12 Year has a fruity and elegant aroma with notes of pear and green apple. The peat aroma is not too strong, and it features sweet scents of honey, custard, and butterscotch. It has a taste reminiscent of concentrated fruit, resulting in a gentle flavor without sharpness. The silky finish is smooth and fruity, with a pleasant aftertaste. With a lower alcohol intensity, it is recommended for beginners.
Laphroaig is an Islay whiskey that possesses the most intense personality among all single malt whiskeys. In particular, Laphroaig has a strong peat aroma that leaves a lasting impression, especially for those who drink it for the first time, as they will primarily remember the smokiness. Additionally, beyond the strong peat aroma, it has a unique character that can be described with various scents such as a coastal aroma, iodine smell, and a disinfectant-like scent. Due to this unique character, those who dislike it often say they can't stand even being near someone drinking it because of the strong smell, while those who love it often declare that they won't drink anything else because other whiskeys feel unreliable. This clear division between love and hate is a characteristic feature.

Thailand is a country with high humidity and heat. Herbs, including cilantro, have diuretic effects that counter humidity and detoxifying effects that help release trapped sweat from the body. From a herbal medicine perspective, it can be understood that the hot and humid climate contributes to this. Thailand is a treasure trove of herbs, which are gaining attention in beauty and health, as well as in Thai medicine. When it comes to Thai cuisine, it is known for its healthy dishes that combine the three flavors of sourness, sweetness, and spiciness, which are part of the five flavors in herbal medicine. Tom Yum Goong, in particular, contains all five flavors of herbal medicine, making it a wonderful soup that embodies 'harmony of the five flavors.' The main ingredients used in Thai cuisine include: • Cilantro, known for its calming and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as its ability to promote relaxation, increase appetite, aid digestion, prevent gas accumulation in the intestines, and stimulate gastric secretion, which can also support intestinal health and detoxification. • Coconut Milk, which helps the function of the 'spleen' organ and replenishes moisture throughout the body. It is said to support energy and alleviate irritability and anxiety. It also helps eliminate excess salt, which can reduce swelling. • Chili Pepper, which stimulates the sense of smell, increases appetite, and has diuretic effects. It is known to suppress allergies and improve gastrointestinal health. It activates the function of internal organs, enhances sweating, burns body fat, warms the body, improves blood circulation, and helps with cold sensitivity. • Lemongrass, which reduces stress and releases the mind from tension and anxiety. It is effective for both relaxation and refreshment, and is said to be beneficial for improving physical ailments such as headaches caused by mental fatigue. It has a dilating effect on blood vessels and is believed to promote metabolism and blood circulation. By enhancing blood flow, it is expected to alleviate coldness, shoulder stiffness, and body fatigue.
Medicinal cuisine refers to meals that have a history of over three thousand years and can be simply described as 'food that makes the body happy.' The phrase 'food and medicine are from the same source' means that the source of food and what can become medicine is the same. The concept of medicinal cuisine is based on traditional Chinese medicine, emphasizing the balance between the inner body and the entire nature and environment. It involves incorporating ingredients that match one's constitution based on the symptoms and causes that appear. The goal is to prevent illness by using ingredients that suit one's constitution. Three representative ideas of medicinal cuisine are: 1) Yin and Yang - Everything in the world has two opposing aspects (light and shadow) that depend on each other for existence. Day and night, male and female, sun and moon, light and dark are examples of opposing aspects that cannot exist without each other. While having opposing sides, they are unified and maintain balance. Foods also have Yin and Yang properties, with warming qualities considered 'Yang' and cooling qualities considered 'Yin.' If one is concerned about a 'Yin' state, they should incorporate 'Yang' foods, and conversely, if 'Yang' is a concern, they should incorporate 'Yin' foods to achieve harmony, improve discomfort, and maintain health. 2) Five Elements - This concept classifies substances in nature into five categories: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water, which circulate and are linked to the body. The five elements maintain balance, so none can be too strong or too weak. Examples from our surroundings include the natural changes of the seasons and temperature variations throughout the year. 3) Five Tastes - This concept is deeply connected to the 'Five Elements' and refers to the five basic tastes: sweet, spicy, sour, bitter, and salty. In the context of medicinal cuisine, tastes are classified not only by what is felt on the tongue but also by their functions related to the body. The term 'Six Tastes' may also include 'bland' (almost tasteless). There are also concepts of 'Five Natures' that further divide the Yin and Yang of ingredients and 'Five Colors' related to color.
