With the concept of 'a cherry blossom viewing experience just for you', we combined local ingredients such as Yame matcha and Amaou strawberries with trends to create a visually stunning composition. From the three-color dango that evokes a sense of Japanese aesthetics to tiramisu, canelé, and terrine, you can enjoy a variety of textures and colors in one box. [Menu] Vanilla macaron, Yame matcha terrine, cookie puff, bite-sized shortcake, Amaou tiramisu, matcha sablé, fresh melon, cherry blossom panna cotta, citrus chocolate tart, strawberry roll, three-color dango, raspberry canelé.
A luxurious three-layer smoothie themed around 'drinking dango'. On top of rich matcha milk, we have combined dango and cherry blossom ice cream to create a 'chewy and fluffy' cherry blossom ice smoothie, further layered with cherry blossom syrup and sparkling jelly for a textural accent. Enjoy a new texture that transcends the boundaries of a drink, along with the finishing three color dango.
The refreshing taste of white wine and ginger ale is luxuriously enhanced with champagne jelly. The salted cherry blossoms and edible flowers floating in the glass evoke a sense of spring. Please enjoy the fantastical presentation as the color changes when butterfly pea syrup is poured over it right in front of you.
Combining nectar, cherry puree, strawberries, and sparkling, the spring fruits enhance each other's sweetness, spreading freshness throughout the mouth. The bubbles resting on orange chips, adorned with shiso flower, express a dignified beauty as if a cherry blossom tree is right at hand.
