This is a sweet potato shochu that focuses on the craftsmanship of 'making' to maximize the charm of the luxurious distillation of 'black koji'. It uses 100% of the Satsuma sweet potato 'Ogon Senkan' from Kagoshima Prefecture. By slowly and carefully distilling the original liquor (luxurious distillation of sweet potato), it achieves a rich, creamy texture and a clear aftertaste.
