We layered the umami of shrimp in a Japanese broth, finishing it with the refreshing aroma of domestic lemongrass. This hot pot can be interpreted as either Japanese or Asian depending on the vegetables and sauces, making it a fun experience. It pairs very well with the vegetables and side dishes available at the buffet corner, as well as rice paper, enhancing your buffet experience! In addition to the shrimp salt soup, you can enjoy four other soups: shabu shabu, sukiyaki, salt tonkotsu, and spicy kimchi. The course price varies depending on the type of meat you choose. MOMO Course: 4,840 yen, Domestic Beef Course: 6,600 yen, A5 Rank Wagyu Course: 9,020 yen. For children, the fee is based on age: 7-12 years old: 1,650 yen, 4-6 years old: 550 yen, and free for children under 3 years old.

You can enjoy A5 rank Black Wagyu, which has passed strict standards for marbling, balance of lean and fatty meat, and fineness. There are 6 types of meat available for unlimited eating for 100 minutes: A5 Black Wagyu, domestic beef (chuck roll, shoulder, belly), and domestic pork (shoulder, pork belly). You can choose one from four types of soup: shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, salt tonkotsu, and spicy kimchi. If you choose two soups, there will be an additional charge of 220 yen per person.
