This is a limited sake from Kame no I Shuzo in Yamagata Prefecture, available at only about 10 specialty stores nationwide. It is an extremely dry ginjo sake with a sake meter value of +20. It has a faintly fruity and elegant ginjo aroma, a light and smooth taste with a clean finish, and a refreshing quality that does not tire the palate.
