Kaze no Mori is a completely unfiltered and undiluted sake from Nara Prefecture. It is bottled with care in its original state. To enjoy sake deliciously, the compatibility with food is essential. As a result of carefully considering the marriage with food, a wonderful sake has been completed. Normally, freshly pressed sake has an alcohol content of 19 to 20 degrees, so there is a process called 'water addition' to lower the alcohol content for easier drinking. This 'Pont Neuf' is bottled without any 'water addition,' preserving the freshly pressed sake as it is. It truly embodies 'the finest sake for pairing with food'!
