숯불에 구운 생선은 향이 좋고, 살이 부드러워 행복해집니다. 주먹밥은 쌀이 살아있고, 한 입마다 부드러움을 느낍니다. 카와마타 샤모의 서경구이와 청류돈의 소금 발효구이도, 감칠맛이 살아있어 술이 잘 넘어갑니다. 젊은 여주인의 오징어와 성게의 젓갈은 숨은 맛이 살아있고, 소금의 간이 딱 좋습니다. 작은 그릇이나 갈아낸 것, 보라의 흰자위의 된장구이까지, 각 요리마다 손길을 느낍니다. 가게의 세심한 배려도 기분 좋고, 행복한 식사 시간이 됩니다.

Course of the Month

This is a basic full-course meal that allows you to enjoy the tastes of Gohan-ya Tamari. Beginning with an appetizer, the main dish of Shirakawa Highland Clear Pork Spare Ribs will be served after a series of saké snacks featuring precious ingredients from Fukushima, Miyagi, and Iwate, grilled dishes made with local and marine ingredients, and a chopstick rest. The meal ends with rice balls made from organic, pesticide-free Ten-ei rice. Dessert is gelato made with homemade malt-sweetened sake.

Hirotokawa Sake

We offer 'Hirotokawa' from Matsuzaki Brewery in Ten'ei Village, Fukushima Prefecture. Available in three types: Special Junmai, Junmai Ginjo (Omachi, Yume no Ka). The Special Junmai reaches its best flavor a few days after opening. The Special Junmai is stored at room temperature, Omachi is stored at 13 degrees, and Yume no Ka is kept refrigerated.
