This is a classic Yawata sushi featuring fresh bluefin tuna, white sea bream, salmon roe, and fluffy simmered eel.
Includes fresh bluefin tuna, carefully selected sea urchin and salmon roe, simmered eel, plump shrimp, and red clam. Please be sure to try it at least once. *During the summer, shellfish may be replaced with shiny fish or other shellfish.
Appetizer, seasonal chawanmushi, 12 pieces of seasonal sushi and 2 types of rolls, soup, dessert. We will serve a total of 12 pieces of sushi and rolls, featuring fresh bluefin tuna and a variety of seasonal ingredients, prepared with flavor. It also includes the classic uni temari (Zuiun) from Yahata Sushi. When served at the table, it will be presented as a platter.
Please enjoy the chirashi sushi, beautifully scattered with fish similar to nigiri.
Enjoy fluffy, deep-fried anago drizzled with plenty of sauce.
