This is a special lunch course available only on weekdays at lunchtime, by reservation only, and limited to two parties per day. Featuring charcoal-grilled dishes—a specialty of Chako—we serve a six-course meal that includes appetizers made with seasonal ingredients, followed by pasta, a main course, and dessert. Please enjoy each dish—which highlights the unique aroma of charcoal grilling and the natural umami of the ingredients—during a leisurely lunch.
