아스페르주 블랑슈는 교토의 카라스마 고조에 위치한 작은 프렌치 레스토랑입니다. 기슈 비장탄을 사용한 간단하면서도 재료의 풍미를 최대한 끌어내는 요리를 제공합니다. 한 채의 집을 개조한 따뜻한 분위기의 내부에는 프랑스의 벼룩시장에서 구입한 앤티크 소품들이 진열되어 있어 아늑한 분위기가 감돕니다. 도시의 소음에서 벗어나 여유로운 시간을 보내며 미식을 즐길 수 있는 특별한 공간입니다.

훌륭한 환대와 맛있는 프랑스 요리를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 예약 시간보다 일찍 도착한 우리를 따뜻하게 맞아주셔서 안심하고 식사를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 프리픽스 코스는 다양한 메뉴를 선택할 수 있고, 모든 요리가 정성스럽게 만들어져 맛있었다. 특히 닭백간 무스와 돼지 리에토는 꼭 주문하고 싶은 메뉴다. 차분한 분위기의 가게 내부도 멋지고, 천천히 식사를 즐길 수 있는 공간이었다. 다음에도 꼭 방문하고 싶은 레스토랑이다.
