This sake, developed in collaboration between the blender at Kurata Sake Brewery in Ishikawa and AP Company, is a blend of one type of pure rice sake characterized by its acidity and aroma, and two types of pure rice Daiginjo sake. With each season, it changes its expression: in spring, it is the new sake 'Namazake', in summer, the refreshing 'Hiire' which has been heat-treated, in autumn, the matured 'Hiyagoroshi', and in winter, the 'Aged' version of the spring's Namazake. This special sake can be enjoyed with fish dishes, as well as a variety of Japanese cuisine and seasonal dishes.
