This is the luxurious summer Nagarebosi course, featuring a generous serving of bluefin tuna sashimi. Please enjoy the bluefin tuna—including the lean, toro, and otoro cuts—served as sashimi, seared sashimi, and thin rolls. You’ll also enjoy a total of seven dishes, including kabayaki eel, beef harami, and pike conger tempura with plum paste. Pair this with our signature all-you-can-drink self-serve sake and make this the perfect choice for company parties, business entertaining, and other occasions.
