A luxurious “Duck Sukiyaki Course” served with our special sukiyaki sauce. Instead of the usual loin, we deliberately use duck thigh meat, which offers a rich umami flavor and an exquisite bite. The high-quality fat that melts in your mouth and the rich texture will completely redefine your perception of duck meat. The Kujo green onions that adorn the pot soak up plenty of the sukiyaki sauce, enhancing their sweetness while retaining a crisp, crunchy texture. Please enjoy the duck sukiyaki, along with fragrant fried chicken wings, tender steamed chicken, silky chawanmushi, and, to finish, udon noodles deeply infused with the savory flavor of the sukiyaki sauce. Water boiled chicken, rice porridge, and a delicious soup that has been slowly simmered for a long time, the exquisite 'Water Boiled Chicken'. Duck sukiyaki, udon, and a special sweet sauce to savor, a luxurious 'Duck Sukiyaki.' The duck meat is not the usual loin but intentionally uses thigh meat, which is rich in flavor and has a perfect texture. The high-quality fat that spreads in your mouth and the rich texture overturn the previous image of duck meat. The Kujo leeks that color the pot absorb plenty of the sauce, enhancing their sweetness and allowing you to enjoy a crunchy texture.
