입구의 붙임 종이가 눈길을 끌어, 들어서는 순간부터 설렜습니다. 해산물 중심의 메뉴가 많아, 어느 것 하나 신선함이 느껴집니다. 회는 오징어의 모습까지 즐길 수 있고, 다리 부분을 튀김으로 만들어 주는 것이 기쁩니다. 말고기와 희귀 부위인 후타에고는 지방이 사르르 녹고 붉은 살은 아삭아삭하며, 구마모토의 향토 요리도 매우 마음에 들었습니다. 도미밥은 육수와 계란 노른이를 섞어 밥에 얹는 스타일로, 감칠맛이 확 퍼져서 최고입니다. 생으로 짜낸 사워와 성게가 가득한 볶음밥, 성게 주먹밥, 레어로 마무리한 생선 커츠까지 모두 만족도가 높았고, 서비스도 편안했습니다.
