Cafe Katsudo ☕✨
with Mayu-chan
( )
With my lovely partner Mayu-chan 💓 We were planning to go to Nomono this day, but Mayu-chan called me to make a reservation and told me that they are not open for lunch on Saturday right now💦.
So we decided to go to NOGISU, which was a first for both of us.
Third time for me! LOL!
We finally got to try NOGISU's hamburgers 🥺✨ We had reservations so we were able to sit down easily, but there were a lot of customers coming in later and everyone was being turned down because they were all booked 💦.
So you might want to go with a reservation. 🙆♀️🙆♀️
Thank you for making a reservation 😌💓 I think there were about 5 different items on the menu.
I was torn between the cheddar cheese one and the hamburger steak, but I wanted to try it for the first time and simply taste the hamburger steak itself. I went for the charbroiled 100% beef hamburger, I think.
Mayu-chan also said she would choose cheddar cheese at first! But she decided to go with the same thing as me 😂😂 The hamburger steak with rice or bread, salad and soup is 1000 yen including tax.
I think the cheddar cheese one was 1100 yen. 🧀 The hamburger steak was brought to me with a nice sizzling sound ✨.
Enjoy the sizzling sound in the video 🤗 lol
We started with the salad.
The salad was very smoky? The salad was served with a potato salad with smoky bacon? The salad comes with a potato salad with smoky bacon?
This potato salad is amazing.
The light dressing goes well with the rich potato salad. 🙆♀️ The soup tastes like pot-au-feu.
The main dish was a hamburger steak!
When you put the knife into the hamburger steak, the juices are overflowing 😍😍It comes with a tomato sauce, salt, and wasabi.
I started with the salt and wasabi.
The juicy, meaty hamburger steak is outstandingly delicious.
It's 100% beef, so it feels like a steak 🥩.
If you put a western style sauce on it, it turns into a hamburger steak that even children would like. LOL!
I recommend salt and wasabi 🤤.
The hamburger steak itself has a strong flavor that makes the rice go down 🍚 I wanted to throw out the bread, but I really wanted to eat the hamburger steak with white rice 😂.
Grilled vegetables are carrot, pumpkin, potato, and Shishito.
The gravy and western style sauce are mixed together ✨.
It was really delicious and gone in no time 🥺🥺🥺 Next, let's go for the cheddar cheese 🐮🧀 Next, sweets🥞.
To be continued.
In addition to local fish, they also incorporate seasonal fish from all over Japan. Today we had delicious fish from Ehime, Hokkaido, Oma, Amakusa, and other regions.
The snacks are also a luxurious member of the menu, which is hard to believe for less than 20,000 yen. The button lobster with buffed sea urchin was the best I have had since I was at a sushi restaurant in Sapporo, and the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) had a large amount of matsutake mushrooms and a very nice aroma.
The sea bream and the horse mackerel were fatty and had a great flavor, and the Spanish mackerel had the aroma of straw. The Spanish mackerel was fragrant with straw. Furthermore, the horse mackerel had a good balance of fish and matched well with the rice. The tuna was also tasty, and the kohada was amakusa with a nice vinegared texture. The sea urchin was just in time for the red sea urchin season, and the Ezo-bahun uni from Hamanaka, with its deep sweetness, was also delicious. The salmon roe was very tasty, with just the right amount of saltiness and the aroma of the soup stock.
