I had been here before and didn't particularly want to come back then, but it had always been high on the rankings and I had forgotten what it tasted like, so I revisited. Ajitama chashu pork tsukemen and more green onions for 1,300 yen. It was a little expensive, but I was satisfied because I could choose the amount of noodles, and the pork and pork balls were firm. I think the cost performance is normal. There is a kettle in the seating area, and inside the kettle is a tea of some kind with little flavor (lol). It has no peculiar taste and is crispy, so you can drink it in gulps! This is a crazy good palate freshener! I wish they would sell tea leaves lol The taste was good, but the fat was a little heavy because the pork and beef were both firm (^_^;) The soup gets cold towards the end, but you can ask the waiter to heat it up for you. I wanted to ask the waiter for soup to finish the meal, but he seemed busy and I couldn't say anything, so I gave up. I was disappointed about the soup, but I liked the service, such as free large bowls of noodles, tea, hair bands, paper aprons, and so on. Next time, I will order ramen instead of tsukemen.

Mitsuboshi Ramen Noodle Factory. The restaurant is recognized as the best ramen in Sannomiya, and is said to have a long queue in Tokyo and other places! The price is 850 yen for a bowl of ramen.
