It is a great day to finally make a reservation, as the restaurant is famous for its difficulty in making reservations. The menu is a chicken nabe course. It comes with chicken, vegetables, tsukune (a type of meatball), and rice. The chicken meat is a beautiful shiny pink color. The salt-based soup has a deep and rich flavor. The fluffiness of the tsukune is also wonderful. We were able to fully enjoy our meal in a Japanese-style room that made us feel as if we were at a relative's house rather than a restaurant.
