Dinner with B, my junior, for the first time in a while!
I've been looking for a new job since the beginning of this year, so we haven't been able to go out for dinner.
I'm glad to hear that you got the job safely, though I've been complaining a lot!

On the way home from a certain meat-eating girls' night out, I asked if there was a restaurant we could go to. I asked her.
The immediate answer was "Matasaburo!
We hadn't been there since a while ago, so we decided to go to Matasaburo for our next girls' night out! And here we are!
We wanted to make a reservation for around 7pm on Saturday, but the restaurant was as popular as ever and we were only able to make a reservation at 9pm!
All the members live in Kita-Osaka... This would be a big problem if we didn't take care of the last train!
We gathered at 21:00 in the pouring rain!
It was already pretty hard to hold out until 9pm!
We were shown to our seats, the same table as two years ago!
It's strange how many different seats there are!
Now to order. Last time I enjoyed the course.
But when I consulted with a person who is very knowledgeable about yakiniku in advance, he told me that it would be better to enjoy both aged meat and regular yakiniku!
I followed his advice and decided to go for the regular yakiniku style this time!
First, we chose the aged meat!
I chose Tosa Red Beef Lamb Ichi and Yamagata Black Wagyu Beef Tofu!
As before, we grilled the fatty and lean chunks of lamb ichi and let them rest... and repeated this process many times!
I'm so hungry, but I can't wait!
But the meat was grilled while it was resting, so it was stress-free for us too!
First, we ordered a bottle of champagne.
Three kinds of salted tongue: Specially selected salted tongue, rich salted tongue, and scallion salted tongue.
We ordered four slices each, so the price was 3,780 yen!

As for Yakiniku, various parts of meat are available, but if you order it by itself, it will be a big deal!
So we ordered the aged meat course (6,500 yen), which is limited to those who ordered in quantity and made reservations, for 778 yen per person!
The manager worked very hard to make sure that each of us could have a piece of this beef tongue!
