A hotpot restaurant in a different space where you can enjoy the "Nine Palace Grit Hotpot" loved by that celebrity!
I love hot pot and go there whenever I have a chance, but when I found out that a famous restaurant in Nagoya had opened in Osaka, I went there!
First of all, the interior of the restaurant when you get off the elevator is amazing!
The amount of money spent on the interior is off the charts!
The interior looks like a mix of Japanese and Chinese.
There are Japanese umbrellas, funny masks, drums, and a very upscale atmosphere.
But...!
I was surprised when I saw the price! They are really cheap!
I go get everything but the meat myself,
The meat is also reasonably priced at 680 yen for lamb and 580 yen for pork.
The hot pot I ordered this time was the Kugu Tadasu hot pot that Ms. XXXX Hara loved! LOL!
The pot is divided into nine sections, and you shabu-shabu the meat and vegetables in them.
The soup is bright red and surprising.
The spiciness varies from person to person, but I thought it was very spicy. But it tastes so good!
Sweat pours out of me.
They also have rare parts such as pig brain and turtle liver! (As expected, I decided not to try it.)
But there was one part that I ate!
Duck tongue!
The taste was excellent! I could eat it like a snack.
It has a serice-like, skin-like texture and has no taste quirkiness.
I also had the spicy seasoned lamb, which was a real treat with lots of chili peppers!
For anything other than regular meat like that, you go to the corner to get it.
There are many colors, and the price is determined by the color of the plate.
For example, an orange rectangle costs 580 yen, and there are about six colors and different shapes to choose from.
The sauce is a fun self-made one!
There are more than 10 different toppings, ponzu (Japanese citrus juice), and other things to put in!
This makes me want to try all kinds of things!
I also got the senmai, and it was too good and crispy!
I thought, what's so good about it?
I thought, what's so good about this place is that there are so many dishes.
There were about 10 pieces of senmai in one plate.
It was like sharing the food with everyone, so if you go alone, you may not be able to eat a lot of different kinds of food!
There was a side menu that included tantanmen, but I was too full to order it.
I will definitely order it next time!
I made sure to stay in the bathroom afterwards.
But it is delicious and you can feel the authentic atmosphere, so please go there!
