My son used to go there often when he was a student at a technical college, and when I asked him about a good pork bone ramen restaurant, he said Ryu-no-hige, so we stopped by and had some.
I like traveling in Kyushu and have eaten many kinds of ramen from the Kyushu region. I personally thought that the flavor at this restaurant was not rich, but it showed the gentle personality of the owner, who I believe does a good job of processing the pork bones.
The people who served us were polite and attentive, and we had a very pleasant meal.
The restaurant was clean and I thought it would be nice to be able to order by OR code and pay by card, paypay, cash, etc., reducing the burden on the staff.
It would be even better if other payment methods were available, like aupay, for example, or various cashless payments.
Anyway, I was satisfied. Thank you for the food.

♦Nearest Station
Utsunomiya Station (30 minutes by car)
A famous ramen restaurant that places emphasis on providing "a bowl of authenticity" that has been selected as one of the TOP 5000 restaurants in the food log.
This place is also located far from the station, requiring a car or bus to get there.
We visited the restaurant after 11:00 a.m. on a weekday, but there were already several groups waiting, which shows how popular the restaurant is.
I was impressed that so many people come to such a far away place.
We entered the restaurant with high expectations.
The interior of the restaurant has the atmosphere of a high-class Chinese restaurant. The restaurant is well balanced, with counter seats in the front and table seats in the back. There were many customers, including businessmen, families, and couples.
The space is not large, but there are many waitstaff and the service is attentive.
The atmosphere is fashionable, but the ramen shop characteristics (voice) are well controlled, and the high level of service was well understood.
Ordering Menu
Basil de Green Miso 910 yen
Topping cheese 150 yen
Miso Ramen is the best ramen here, so I was going to order it,
However, when I saw "Basil de Green Miso" on the menu, I pressed the button on the ticket machine as soon as I saw it. But I saw the "Basil de Green Miso" on the menu, and I quickly pressed the button on the ticket machine.
I couldn't pass through the menu, and the words grabbed my heart. It was so stylish.
And the ramen that came out was also stylish.
Fruit tomatoes, chili peppers, and bay leaves add color and charm.
The taste of the soup was too good!
The basil and chicken broth, which seem to be incompatible with each other, do not fight each other. The soup has a good porkiness, and the richness is amazing. The richness of the broth is amazing, and it spreads well afterwards.
The basil is also a nice accent that is not too overpowering.
The secret ingredients of miso, butter, and cheese give the dish a smooth texture.
If you like, you can sprinkle habanero on it to "change the taste".
I wanted to eat it as a risotto. I should have ordered rice.
I finished the soup.
The quality is beyond my imagination. It's not just what it looks like.
The most popular miso is absolutely delicious and I will definitely go back.
I would definitely recommend anyone who loves ramen to go here. I think it is easy for a woman to go alone.
Thank you for the food.
My favorite ramen shop.
Ahhh, I want to slurp it up.
This is a series of articles that I put up so that I don't forget the ones that I skipped. (Excluding regular visits by Sugita-san, Hashimoto-san, etc.)
