Hoso-uchi Soba (thinly-rolled buckwheat noodles)
Located diagonally across from Aiiku Hospital, just between Hiroo and Roppongi, is a famous soba restaurant.
It has a stylish and luxurious atmosphere.
The soba here is thinly pounded, but it is so firm and smooth that it is hard to believe it is thinly pounded.
We recommend that you take 2 or 3 buckwheat noodles when you first try it to savor the original aroma.
A visit to Hiroo's "Sawatori" after a long absence. It is a quaint two-story buckwheat noodle shop with a flat roof.
The taste and customer service have not changed, and I still like this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant for a casual date or for a surprise in Hiroo. It is a recommended place for a casual date, where you can expect a surprise.
The nori seiro is a dish of hand-torn nori (dried seaweed) on a bed of cubes of nihachi soba (buckwheat noodles). I couldn't resist having another bowl. The soba soup is just the right spiciness and the soba water is just the right thickness.
The sashimi combination of 4,000 yen is a wonderful dish. Itawasa is served with pickled wasabi and home-made cod roe. Kelp and yuzu aroma. A lot of big slices of fish are served.
The fried oysters are in season now. It is large and heavy when you hold it with chopsticks. The oysters are very juicy and full of meat.
Each dish is sure to make you happy.
The second floor seats, which are not Horigotatsu, are just as they were in the Showa period. It is a space where you can relax with a sense of nostalgia.
I sometimes stop by Tameike, but I prefer Tameike for its atmosphere and customer service.
The price is more reasonable than other restaurants of this class in Juban.
I will visit again soon. It was delicious.
