Next up, I'm meeting up with Mr. Sasaki for a trip to satisfy something that fish can't. (Sorry, fish)
(Sorry, fish)
This is my favorite restaurant. I used to not post anything on the food log or Instagram (maybe because I couldn't do some things), but before I knew it, there were even reviews from famous food loggers. That's why I've started posting too!
The first picture of the motsu-shiri shines, it is a treasure chest.
The mino (minced meat) is crunchy and I love the hachinos (beef tendon).
Hachinos is good as sashimi, grilled on skewers with miso, or stewed.
The second one, liver steak, is cooked well but has no smell and is smooth.
The third one, wagyu yukke, is of course delicious! (No one says anything when I take a picture with a single-lens reflex camera).
By the way, this restaurant does not give preferential treatment to young girls. In fact, it is rather unfriendly.
You will have to go there 16784529 times before you can have a friendly conversation with the owner.
But if you offer me this motsu, I will go even if the wind blows like a cyclone.
If you are one of those who searched for "☆" and got a hit, I recommend this restaurant.
I love it no matter what. Buy a T-shirt and enjoy.
